Sterilization
At our office, patient safety is our top priority and we are committed to exceeding all regulatory expectations and requirements through our rigorous Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) protocols. Our team follows the highest standards in sterilization, disinfection, and clinical safety to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for every patient. Through ongoing education, advanced technology, and continuous quality improvement, we strive to provide exceptional dental care with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
Appointment Policy
Our team is committed to making every effort to accommodate appointment times that work best for our patients’ schedules. To help us continue providing exceptional care and timely service to all patients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient in need of care.
Financial Policy
Ottawa Street Dental follows the current Ontario Dental Association fee guide. Our team will do our best to assist patients in understanding and processing their insurance or dental benefits whenever possible. Dental insurance however, is a contract between you and your insurance provider or employer, and coverage is determined by the terms of your individual plan. While we will always do our best to help you understand your benefits, patients are ultimately responsible for knowing their coverage details. Any deductibles, co-payments, or treatment costs not covered by insurance are due at the time of the appointment.
